Regular visitors to the site will know that we are all big fans of most things from Power A (my Tiny Tina Controller was my go-to controller for my PC until today). I recently got the FUSION Pro 4 Wired Controller for Xbox Series X and couldn’t wait to try it out. This wired controller comes in at £69.99 in the UK, which is amazing considering the advanced technology it offers.
This controller features Hall Effect analogue sticks that minimize stick drift and enhance precision, along with customizable buttons, a downloadable app at no cost, textured grips, three-stage trigger locks, and an ergonomic design. It stands out as a top-tier controller that won’t break the bank. It feels great in your hands, and its build quality is impressive. Additionally, it includes a 10-foot USB-C cable and a user manual to guide you through the setup process.
The app, available for free download, lets you tailor rumble settings, audio preferences, dead zones, and additional features, making it versatile for different gaming genres. Plus, it includes four mappable buttons on the back that can be effortlessly customized and are conveniently positioned for quick access.
One unique feature of this controller is the 3-way trigger lock system, which reduces travel distance for the shoulder buttons, making it easier to play FPS games. Although they don’t have a mouse click setting found on something like the Scuf Instinct Pro, having this level of flexibility at this price point is outstanding value for money. The controller also features dual rumble motors and impulse triggers for immersive feedback, although not all games are designed to fully utilize this feature.
The FUSION Pro 4 Wired Controller has a unique twist system that allows you to adjust the height of each stick to 3 different levels without disassembling the controller. This was a game changer for me! As someone who jumps between various genres of games, I always found myself having to scour my office for my Elite Carry Case to look for the taller sticks whenever I jumped onto any form of shooter.
The FUSION Pro 4 Wired Controller stands out with its premium finish and ergonomic design, all while being budget-friendly. With comfortable textured grips and official Xbox licensing, it delivers high-end technology without breaking the bank.
Conclusion
In summary, I wholeheartedly endorse the FUSION Pro 4 Wired Controller for gamers seeking a comfortable, responsive, and robust gamepad packed with elite features.
