Bouncy Bullets 2 Review

Bouncy Bullets 2, from Petite Games and Ratalaika Games, is an action adventure game – though I’d say the genre puzzle platformer would be a better fit. You start the game on one side of the map and you need to work your way around the map to a portal within the given time to complete said level. You have obstacles in your way to slow you down or kill you, enemies that shoot you and jump pads.

Bouncy Bullets 2 is a vibrant and colourful looking world with blocky Minecraft-esque aesthetic‘s. Controlling your character feels good and you have the ability to shoot enemies, which either stand still, jump or dodge to make it difficult for you to shoot them. I found Bouncy Bullets 2 a fun title with some longevity. You have a easy, medium and hard mode and also a speed run mode too.

As with other recent Ratalaika games, this has been optimised for Xbox Series S|X consoles, offering up enhances gameplay on the new generation.

I’d be remiss to not mention the achievements, of course. As to be expected for a title from our friends at Ratalaika, the full 1000G can be attained in around 15 minutes for those that are so inclined.

Conclusion

All in all, Bouncy Bullets 2 is a fun enough title, acting as a good palette cleanser in between other, meatier experiences. It might not be quite worth checking out before a sale if you’ve still got plenty to play, but cheevo hunters will be happy grabbing that sweet, sweet 1000G no doubt.

Gaming used to be about playing Championship Manager ,but then I was introduced to consoles and I fell in love with Xbox 360. Xbox has always been my console of choice. Catch me on Apex or Call of Duty. Gamertag/Twitter: Chocolatebear80
