The Casting of Frank Stone – Supermassive Games
We’re big Supermassive fans here, and the Casting of Frank Stone maintains their excellent storytelling and choice-based narrative. Our review is up now and can be found here, and above is our spoiler-filled chat with myself and Special Guest Pete.
September 9th:
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II – Focus Interactive/Saber
360 title Space Marine is a bit of a cult classic, with over the top, Gears-like gameplay set in the ever popular Warhammer universe. This long awaited sequel is out in early access for Deluxe edition users, and we’ve been having an absolute riot with it the last few nights. With the full release soon, look forward to AJ’s review right here at Xbox Tavern.
September 30th:
Starfield: Shattered Space DLC – Bethesda
A year on from release, and Starfield has seen a plethora of improvements to many of the complaints some had; better maps and performance, quality of life features, and more. Now, the first DLC pack is set to drop, and focusing on House Va’Ruun means we’re about to get a bit of a creepier experience. We’re looking forward to jumping back into the game with this DLC and see if it can win over the more critical players at Tavern Towers.
