Garten of Banban 1 – 4 Review

The Garten of Banban series is something else to say the least. The games in and of itself are mediocre and have some general tech issues so they are not games I could recommend easily to a lot of people. While they have certainly made a name for themselves in the indie mascot horror genre it seems, to me at least, it’s more because of how off the wall the games are and how they are marketed with the next iterations ready to be wish-listed when the prior version release. I think if you follow that scene, then you already know about Banban and maybe now that they are on Xbox you have a way to play them on your preferred platform (like me) but they aren’t anything I could get my friends to try because they just don’t like what they see. I’m glad they exist but they’re a hard sell.

With all of that in mind, remember Garten of Banban 1 is free and will give you a small taste of what the series has to offer if you are interested.

From my early days of gaming with Vectrex and eventually NES, I can't remember a time where gaming wasn't present in my life. I have been maining Xbox since the release in 2001 and enjoy genres of all kinds. You can mostly find me achievement hunting these days. Gamertag: rawkerdude5012
